The city of Bangkok, Thailand, will receive this year the World Philatelic Exhibition “THAILAND 2018”, organized by the Philatelic Association of Thailand, relying on the patronage of Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, and FIP – International Federation of Philately, and under the auspices of FIAP – Inter-Asian Philately Federation. Will be held from 28 November to 3 December, at the Exhibition Center Royal Paragon in Bangkok, with the participation of philatelists from all over the world to exhibit their collections, the participation of postal administrations of many countries, traders and houses auction houses also from around the world.
Will be on display collections in competitive classes of Traditional Philately, Postal History, Postal Stationery, Aerophilately, Astrophilately, Thematic Philately, Maximaphily, Fiscal Philately, Youth, divided into three groups, Philatelic Literature, A Framework and Philately Modern (1980-2018). The Portuguese Philatelic Federation – ODA is the Portuguese Commissioner for this exhibition, and philatelists interested in participating must apply for registration form, which must be made, the registration until March 10.

The minimum eligibility for participation in THAILAND 2018 is winning at least a vermeil award at the National exhibition. The Exhibit Application forms and the detailed rules of exhibition (IREX) are available for download at http://www.thailand2018.org
