The Department of Posts today released a Commemorative Postage Stamp on the occasion of 175th Foundation Day of IIT Roorkee. Speaker Lok Sabha, Shri Om Birla released the stamp in the presence of Shri Vineet Pandey, Secretary Department of Posts and other dignitaries.
