Special cover released on 31.03.2017 at Thiruvananthapuram, in connection with merger of State Bank of Travancore(SBT) with State Bank of India from 01.04.2017 along with other four Associate Banks and Bharatheeya Mahila Bank. The State Bank of Travancore was established on 12th September, 1945 by the Royal family of Travancore. Formerly its name was Travancore Bank.
