Kolloorvila Service co-operative Bank Vadakkevila, Kollam is a body corporate constituted under section 10 of the Travancore-Cochin Co-operative Societies Act, 1952/Act 12 of 1952 in August 1961. The registration No.is Q 214 and the date of Registration is 16-08-1961. The head office of the bank is situated at Vadakkevila P.O., Kollam. It has branches at Ayathil opened on 28.10.01 and Thekkevila on 19.09.03. From a small beginning in 1961, KSCB has made tremendous progess and now it is the only Primary Service Co-operative Bank having both ATM and Core Banking facilities.

The historic event of the opening of the maiden ATM in the Primary Service Sector took place in KSCB in 8th December 2005. Simlarly,KSCB pioneered in introducing the Core Banking System in the year 2008. The bank has been providing uninterrupted service to the community and celebrated 60 years of glorious service in 2021.
