It is the day when the carrot is celebrated through carrot parties and other carrot related festivities. This day aims to educate and inform people about carrots and their health benefits. Carrots are a good source of antioxidants, potassium, and vitamin K, C, and B6. This day is celebrated with carrot-themed events and festivals.
