In celebration of the Centenary of International Women’s Day, Macao Post issued the stamp theme “Centenary of International Women’s Day” on 8th March, 2010. This issue includes a set of four stamps and a souvenir sheet. The combination of the four stamps designed as the word “38” showing the special culture of the women in different continents all over the world; and the background image of Phoenix shown on the souvenir sheet symbolizing women has presented the development and the successful women nowadays in the society. A Vietnamese girl exists on the 2.5 PTCS stamp.
